You have access to all the resort amenities, path to the beach, pathways to a private sand area for sunbathing. Access to the public pools that provide towels, bike rentals on premises. Public paid laundromat on premises. Fitness center at no charge and a fantastic playground for youngsters, basketball court and play areas and picnic tables and barbecue grills. Resort also has a gift shop beverage center open and a bistro restaurant on premises. If you have a electric car or a golf cart there’s an area to plug-in for electricity

Its on ground level so no need to climb down any stairs, just step right outside on the back patio and head to the beach and boardwalk from there. With a full size kitchen and a very spacious living room with fabulous beach view with sliding doors . Enjoy the resort pool that is also available and a gym, as well as the famous driftwood bistro restaurant walking distance from the condo. The view is truly amazing. Take ride down to the Jekyll island Beach Village, you won't be disappointed, awesome restaurants and stores which is right on the beach, driftwood beach which is almost walking distance from the hotel it is truly something to see. |

With a kitchen and a spacious living room/bedroom combined- closet & separate bath. Private deck. Bike or ride down to the Jekyll Beach Village, you wont be disappointed, with awesome Restaurants and stores which is right on the beach. Enjoy the resort pool which is also available and a gym. We have other units next door. The space Updated unit A large one room suite, it has two single bed sofa couch is plus a queen bed, kitchenette microwave two burner stove with extended private balcony. Minutes to the beach with beach access right across the street. We also have a unit next-door that's a one bedroom that Can be combine for a much larger space and sleeping eight as well as a upstairs unit with a separate entrance. Each unit has a separate exterior door in a different unit number so you're not sharing kitchens or bathrooms are all individual units, if you're trying to do a large family or friends gathering you could all be right next to each other. Units will need to be booked separately. |

Also have a unit next-door that’s a one Large suite that Can be combine for a much larger space and sleeping eight as well as a upstairs unit. All units have separate exterior entrances, separate living rooms, separate bedrooms and separate kitchens. The ground floor unit can be joining both units together. Great for large gatherings for everybody to be close by, in one building with steps to the beach across the path. Perfect if you’re trying to do a large family or friends gathering you could all be right next to each other. |

Nature - We have other units close below - can be combined with separate entrances. I love this condo as the private balcony is shaded. The space Spacious large one bedroom on the second floor, with extended mini kitchen with living room, eating area along opening up to your private balcony looking over the courtyard of lush greenery. No one is above you. Master has a queen and living room has a pull out queen Sofa bed- sleeps 4. This condo is closed to the beach just walk across to the beach path. Also, have a two condos below that can be booked for large family/social gatherings in the same condo complex. |

With all the amenities and full sized kitchen. The Villa does not have beach view, It is surrounded by beautiful oaks and across from the Pirate's boat playground. The fitness center is steps away. Less than 3 minutes from this villa and "your toes are in the sand on the beach" Other things to note Only small breeds 25lbs or less accepted with $75 pet deposit. Failure to notify you are bringing your pet with non payment of pet deposit will result in $150 pet fee |
